FAQ’s

how long will shipping take?

once we’ve got your order, we’ll get it sent out to you as soon as possible (Royal Mail signed).

please bear in mind we’re a team of two working full-time jobs, so there may be times where shipping takes a few days, but we always do our best to get it to you asap.

do you deliver outside the UK?

we do deliver outside of the UK! please be aware there may be extended waiting times for goods to be dispatched when we’re waiting on items.

we also cannot guarantee you won’t have to pay customs when your goods arrive with you, if this is the case, you’ll receive an invoice link via email / via a postal form which the courier will push through.

if you miss the delivery for international shipping and its returned back to us in the UK, you’ll be liable for any more shipping costs to get you your goods.

please note - you are fully liable to pay these fees and any refusal to do so will result in no delivery of your goods via the chosen courier AND no refund via ourselves for your goods as we’ve already paid shipping + the cost of yours goods.

these rules all sound strict, but it’s the only way we’re able to offer international shipping as cost wise, it’s not worth really doing unless we’re covered.

how long does a pre-ordered tee take to arrive?

so all of our tees start off as a pre-order - usually you’ll receive your goods between 4-6 weeks after the pre-order ends.

we’ll always keep you in the loop when you’re waiting for your tee, and once it’s with us, it’ll be sent as soon as possible - keep an eye on our instagram for shipping info @wetwireduk

always check the description of the item you’re buying to learn whether it’s in stock or a pre-order!

when we know your item’s ETA, you’ll know too.

what’re the designs printed on?

at wetwired, we only want to give you tee’s that we’d happily wear ourselves, so we’ve chosen to screen print all of our tee’s on Gildan ultra-cotton for the perfect feel and fit.

we also work very closely with our printers to make sure every tee looks perfect.

our hoodies are always embroidered too on a heavy cotton blank for maximum comfort and quality.

how long has wetwired been a company?

est 2022.

what do I do if i’ve got an issue with my order?

hopefully, you never will have! but on the very rare occasion you do, you can get in contact with us via email at ‘wetwireduk@gmail.com’ and we’ll get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

refunds

please note, if you require a refund, goods must be unused and in original packaging - these must be sent via tracked delivery back to us at your own cost - contact us on the above email for a return address.

Once goods have been received, a refund will be processed.

  • we won’t be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses in our system - we can’t chase for house numbers & full addresses, so if the parcel is unable to be delivered due to these reasons, we won’t be able to issue a refund as we’ve lost stock due to input error on your side.

  • you are fully liable to pay these fees and any refusal to do so will result in no delivery of your goods via the chosen courier AND no refund via ourselves for your goods as we’ve already paid shipping + the cost of yours goods and often do not get the goods returned back.

is everything done in house?

apart from printing, yes! we have a lot of experience in design, video and photography, so everything we produce is done in-house to make sure it stays under the wetwired vision.
